The S&P/NASDAQ picked up distribution days on Thursday as volume swelled across the general market indices. The S&P 500 has earned two distribution days over the recent period, and we have three D-days on the NASDAQ.

Thursday's update will be brief, had a late flight back so this update will be limited to the 60-minute S&P 500, and S&P/NASDAQ dailies.
